Caller ID Spoofing Scam

St. Landry Bank is aware of an ongoing scam targeting bank customers. The Caller ID on the call appears to be from St. Landry Bank, and the callers are impersonating bank personnel.  They will claim to be contacting you from the bank's fraud department due to potential fraudulent activity on your account.  If you suspect a call might be suspicious, hang up immediately and call the bank at 337-942-7516. 

We will never ask for your online banking credentials over the phone, nor will we ever ask you to send money via a peer-to-peer payments solution such as PeoplePay, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
